handmade felt & crochet jewellery

I have boxes, bags & containers full of material, wool, yarn, beads, wire.... the list just goes on & on.  The contents are a mixture of old, new, revamped & salvaged.  I am not shy to pick buttons off a coat that is finally going in the bin, or trawling through boxes of costume jewellery in charity shops, some of my greatest finds have been at church hall sales all to make unique handmade jewellery. 

I do obviously have to buy new materials & all my jewellery findings such as clasps & earring hooks are all new & unused as are lots of the seed & bugle beads.   I have tried to use Tibetan silver in a lot of my work as it is nickle free and therefore shouldnt react to anyone with sensitive skin.  Using 925 silver would prove to be too expensive but will be added to my range in time for some items. 

It should be noted that as all my jewellery is handmade it needs to be handled with a bit more care than factory produced items, however, all have been road tested & with reasonable wearing you shouldn't have any problems!  All the felt I use is completely handmade from merino wool, all the crochet beads are handmade & I don't employ any one else to make anything for me, so when I say handmade, I mean handmade by me.
