I will send all parcels of handmade jewellery on the next available posting day.  I will get proof of posting for every parcel but please email & request insurance or special delivery if you require it. 

All items are individually gift wrapped & packed securely in bubble wrap. 

Pay one price for delivery no matter how many items you order & if your order is more than £35 then delivery will be free.

When you receive your parcel & you are ecstatically happy with beaded necklace, or the bead bracelet or any of my handmade jewellery then a quick one line of recommendation would be really nice as long as you don't mind me popping it on my website somewhere. 

If you are not happy then contact me as soon as possible so that we can sort it out for you & make sure you are happy.  Happy customers are what I want so I will do everything within reason to make sure you are one!  If all my happy customers could tell a friend then that would be fab too!
